Your compensation will be calculated based on qualifying revenues, which are the payments received from referred customers for the Company's services, excluding costs for third-party services, taxes, and refunds.

SECTION 3: PAYMENT

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, accounting for the qualified revenues of the preceding month. Payments will be made via the method chosen by you in the Partner Program portal. Partners have up to three months to claim their respective payments or rewards, after which unclaimed rewards will be forfeited. You can request your payment within the partner panel located at https://portal.gfunnel.com.

SECTION 4: TERMS AND TERMINATION

This Agreement commences upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party with notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, any unpaid commissions from referrals made prior to termination will be paid during the next billing cycle.

SECTION 5: INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP

The Parties to this Agreement are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement establishes any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or agency relationship between the parties.

SECTION 6: CONFIDENTIALITY

During the term of this Agreement, you may have access to specific confidential and proprietary information of the Company. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Company's information and to use the information solely to fulfill your obligations under this Agreement.

SECTION 7: GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of law. Your acceptance of these terms implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with each provision in this agreement.
