How do I cancel my account?

You can downgrade to the free tier at any time from Settings → Billing without losing data. A full account deletion is available at Settings → Privacy → Delete account, with a 30-day grace period during which you can change your mind.

How many team members can I have?

Each paid plan includes a base allowance of seats. Beyond that you pay per seat per month. Viewer roles are always free, so stakeholders, advisors, and clients with read-only access don't count against your seat allowance.

Can I have multiple workspaces?

Yes. You can have one personal workspace and as many organization workspaces as you need. The workspace switcher in the top-left of the nav lets you jump between them in a click.

How do workspace permissions work?

What happens if I leave a workspace?

You retain your own profile, posts, and any content you authored. Files in shared workspace storage stay in that workspace. The workspace owner can transfer specific assets to you on request before you leave.

Can I transfer workspace ownership?

Yes. Workspace owners can transfer ownership to any Admin from Studio → Settings → Ownership. The new owner must accept the transfer; the original owner remains an Admin afterwards unless removed.

When am I charged?

Plan and seat charges are billed on the same day each month (or year, if you chose annual) on the anniversary of your subscription. Usage-based charges (extra AI queries, n8n executions, storage overages) are added to your next invoice.

Do you offer refunds?

We refund within seven days of your initial subscription start, no questions asked. After that we offer pro-rated credits for genuine billing errors. We don't pro-rate refunds for downgrades or cancellations — you keep service for the period you've already paid for.

GFunnel integrates with Google Workspace, Stripe, n8n, GitHub, Discord, and a long tail of services via the App Hub. Custom integrations can be requested from the catalogue — most are scoped within two business days.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All traffic is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security is enforced on every database table. Sessions are revocable independently of your password. We support 2FA and hardware security keys. We run regular third-party security reviews and publish the results on request.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Privacy → Export starts a full export of your profile, content, timeline, files, and commission history. We email you a download link within 24 hours. The format is portable JSON with original media files — no lock-in.
